API keys are stored locally in Chrome's secure storage and never shared with third parties.
3. Website Content
Our Chrome extension reads content from configured broker websites (e.g., Zerodha Kite) to:
- Detect trade confirmation messages
- Extract trade details for auto-population
- Identify relevant trading information
The extension only accesses content on broker websites you explicitly configure. We do not read content from other websites or track your general browsing activity.
4. User Activity
We monitor user activity only on configured broker websites to:
- Detect when trade confirmations appear on the page
- Trigger the trade logging modal
This monitoring is limited to the specific broker websites you configure and is used solely for trade detection. We do not track clicks, keystrokes, or activity on other websites.
5. Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address
- Name (optional)
- Password (hashed and encrypted)
6. Technical Information
We automatically collect certain technical information:
- IP address (for security and analytics)
- Browser type and version
- Extension version
